What You Can Download

Your data export is provided as a structured JSON file. It includes all personal data Verletics holds about you across the following categories:

Account information

Email address, registration date, sport profile, goals, and app preferences.

Daily check-ins

All logged sleep hours, subjective readiness ratings, and feeling scores.

Training logs

Session completion records, RPE ratings, workout types, and session feedback.

Readiness history

Daily readiness scores, fatigue trend data, and mesocycle phase records.

Format

JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) — machine-readable and human-readable. Compatible with any text editor or data tool.

The quickest way to request your data export is directly from the app:

1Open the Verletics app on your Android device.
2Tap the profile icon or go to Settings.
3Select My Account.
4Tap Download My Data.
5Confirm the request. A download link will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours.

If you cannot access the app, email your request to:

Include the email address registered to your Verletics account in your message. We will send your data export link within 48 business hours.

Your data export link will be delivered to your registered email within 48 business hours of the request.

The download link expires after 72 hours for security. Request a new one if needed.
